where can I get these parts in the US?
1. Short throw shifter for mk3, not sure if it matters but 1990 N/A 5 sp
2. JDM 3pc wing. 3. jdm corner lens, the half clear half orange ones 4. headlamp replacements, the kind that dont pop up 5. a decent set of headlamps that get rid of the sealed beam(as in can use replaceable bulb) that increase visability but do not use knock off hid bulbs and wont blind other drivers. 6. rear window shade(at the top of the rear window) 7. and lastly, does anyone here thing it would be a good idea to get a sunroof put in? Are the places that do this usually do a good job these days? I have no experience other than knowing they used to do a pretty lousy job in the early 90s or so. thanks |

1: you can try to find a C's short shifter (~300), or get a Beech Performance Motorsports billet short-throw shifter (~160)
link to BPM: Products - Beech Performance Motorsports 2: 89+ turbo wings are 3pc regardless of market. go to either toyota (expensive) or post on various forums looking for one (supramania, supraforums are your best bet) 3: go to a toyota dealer any toyota dealer and have them look it up. The part #s are: 81521-14332 Euro half amber half clear front turn signal 81511-14332 Euro half amber half clear front turn signa 4: flushmounts are custom 5: see above ^^^ 6: I'm not sure, but I think it might have to be imported from Japan. 7: Best is always OEM. Toyota knows the body and how to do it (CORRECTLY). People have gone and had them installed elsewhere and they leak. |

shifter works on both n/a and turbo. recommend replacing the shifter bushing as well. marlin crawler is the best you can get: Marlin Crawler : Transmission Parts & Accessories
for the headlights, I've never heard of that "company" nor have I heard of anyone using them. Ask around on Supramania and see what they have to say (if you haven't done so already). Sunroof: if it's a reputable company with good feedback, go with them. I've never heard of them, but that's probably because I've never looked for someone to install a sunroof. I have a targa top so no roof mods needed. |
