Default freeze plugs -

how bad are the 7mgte freeze plugs?
i'm doing a minor overhaul on one now and everything looks great- so should i replace the freeze plugs or leave them be...?

I would be very tempted to leave them alone, I think there must be about 10 in total, too many to go wrong. The only time I've heard of any of them leaking is when someone replaced them to find the one at the back of the block started leaking after fitting the engine back in. Which as you probably know: resulted in the engine pulled again to get at it. Leave them be!

.....try North Florida, actually it was 30 degrees here yesterday and in the 15 years I've lived near Tallahassee it has even snowed 4 times-
so yes, believe it or not the further north you go it gets colder-
And it really does snow in Florida-
