I assume yours is a left-hand drive.

My vacuum source tees off the cruise control line. My vsv broke last winter, and I by-passed it. Now, the vacuum line runs straight to the vacuum motor. This is OK, because the vsv is an on/off deal, and activates the motor anytime the temp setting on the dash is above minimum. Temp is controlled by blend doors under the dash. Heat works fine for me.

Mine is an '88 N/A Supra.

Ok but where does it go if you don't bypass it just so I can find it when I go out to look under the hood that's my problem I have a hard time going from diagram and explanation to actually trying to find it under the hood

So in the diagram the pink line can go from the vsv to one of the vacuum tees on the driver side as long as the air is flowing away from the vsv. (Hope that makes sense)
