Im not sure if this has already been asked, I tried to find it but couldnt seem to locate a thread. If there is one please link it to me.
Anyways, I have an 86.5 7MGE and Im currently trying to restore it but I have a high speed vibration coming from my driveshaft/rear end. It vibrates when I take my foot off the gas for a split second when im up around 100km/hour and then if my foot is completely off the gas it doesnt vibrate at all so its only when im lightly pressing the pedal. right now I notice a leak coming from my rear Differential so I'm going to order a seal for it and check the bearing inside there while Ive got the drive shaft out. I replaced the center support bearing yesterday and that seemed to reduce the vibration but it didnt eliminate it. I was wondering if anyone out there has heard or this or has had this problem before and knows what it could be. |
