HELP looking to buy

1987 Toyota Supra TWIN TURBO! 1JZGTE SWAPPED! MKIII TT

I am looking possibly buying this.

In my opinion it is way over prices and the car is basically all engine. It obviously needs some work such as rear fender and moldings. Also it needs interior work such as put the glove box back together, and seats or seat covers.

Do you guys think its worth fixing up? and how much do you think i should offer him.... i was thinking lik $3k

That car looks rough I would seriously say don't get it. I was trying to sell mine for about the same price and mine is in way better condition than that. Also I wouldn't say the R154 is a high performance transmission just the one that comes on the 7MGTE and the 1JZGTE. On my pic down below is my car and I have done a lot to it but it needs a clutch the factory one went poof.

Pics yes will have to get them transfered to this PC to upload them. The only problem I see is your in NY and I am in TX. I know with a new clutch my car will make that drive no problem but is a long way to go to get a car. But I will send you some pics if you want. I just did an inspection of the turbos and they are good to go, also the front bumper isnt the same color as the car but it is still in way better shape than the one I took off of it. The car needs a little body work I am not going to lie but it still looks better than that guys.
