i see all these ppl with 7m motors in there mkIII why would you not wank the 1jz or is it just a personal prefrance. sorry bout all the neb questions but im not to firmular with supras

everybody has their own reasons.for me i just like the 7m.with the right mods you can get high hp out of them and they hold up well.another reason is money,at least for me it is.motor swaps can nickle and dime you to death.

For the MKIII, the 7MGTE and 7MGTE came in the car in the US, and the 1JZGTE came in the car in japan.
MKIV's had the 2JZGE and 2JZGTE stock in both US and Japan.

240 1JZ swaps are becoming more and more common. As for finding a 1JZ car how far are you willing to drive to get one. I don't know of many people with them in TN but here in Texas plenty of them around. I have just replaced the clutch in my 1JZ car and now it locks up real nice for takeoffs.

um probaly atlanta is as far as i would go. i have some cousins i can stay with so thats prob the only non tennessee city i would go to.
