its not just the turbo, the motors have different compression and other differences, if you were to bolt the turbo up to a na car then you would get more than 30 hp.

yep, a turbo car without the turbo will be putting out less power, more than likely it's about 50hp (by the way it pulls, it's probably that), if you can get a dyno chart, you'll see the power spike up drasticly after the turbo kicks in...
