torque specs for rod berings and pressure plate

Im instaling rod berings and a new clutch but i dknt know the torque specs could any one help thanks

You can download the STANDARD BOLT TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS HERE or download the Entire 1990 TSRM . Look for the 1990 Mk3 TSRM and page down to the bottom of the list.
