Gauges not working after swap
I have a 90 born n/a and the motor is actually an 89 turbo (which was wrecked). The guages were swaped out and I now am using the 89 gauges. The speedometer works and thats it. Is there a big difference between 89 and 90 gauges or is there something that I need to do different? I have an aftermarket temperature guage to make sure its not overheating lol. But driving on "I have no idea how much gas I have" is kind of scary!
If anyone can help me in any way it'd be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

Did you try using the 90 gauge just to see if it works? 89 was a transitional year so there might be some diffrences.

the guy that did the swap tossed the 90 gauge....so now I have to find a 90 N/A gauge i guess there are some differences with the 90+ models having airbag lights and the circuits are different.
