Fresh Rebuild MKIII 89
 

Hi guys,

Just had a fresh rebuild done to my 7MGTE Full top to bottom cost me 5g!:eek2:

just about to get first service then looking at running higher boost ! ...Had metal head gasket placed in with Head studs !

Just wondering what a safe boost (in PSI) would be will all stock running gear ? ...was thinking 12psi would not overlad the engine

let me know your thoughts

if you dropped 5k in a rebuild and using stock internals u over paid....
u could have rebuild your motor with better aftermarket parts for less than 5k
