My Project Plan

I just purchased a 1990 Turbo in need of a new timing belt. I just thought I would let you all know what my plans are for it.

TMS 1.4mm Metal Head Gasket
ARP Head Bolts
Greddy Timing Belt
Flush the Motor and Put in Fully Synthetic Oil
Put in my Dual Touch Screen DVD/CD Player
HKS Turbo Exhaust System

Magnaflow Muffler
Walbro Fuel Pump
KN Air Intake
New Steering Wheel
New Upholstery(Upholstery is already in great condition)
20% Window Tint
Blue Hot Hues Paint Job
Body Kit (haven't decided on what kit I want yet)
The best part is that this will be very cheap because I am doing this all without any mechanics.:bouncy:

Let me know what you think.

I forgot it also has the stock wheels and I am going to chrome them.

dont buy a head gasket until you get your head decked out... you'll need to ask your machinest how much they took off the head to determine the hg size.

This car has never blown a head gasket so I guess it will be whatever stock is. I just feel like taking care of it asap so I don't have to take the block apart later. Plus I found a sweet deal that comes with the gasket, bolts, and the timing belt for 350. I guess I could just buy it and wait for it to go bad and only replace the timing belt.

even so. it is highly recommended that you have ur head decked out for flatness everyone here will tell you the same thing. mhg are not as forgiving as stock ones. lap your block and head. it'll save you the trouble of doing it twice my friend

dont put a body kit on it. if you wanna do that then get a honda

I was actually considering going without the body kit. I just need to decide before i paint it. I'm looking forward to seeing it with a fresh paint job and new upholstery.
