1jz, possible limp mode, any ideas/info

My supra will start, run and idle, but around 4,000rpm and hitting any boost it bogs out. I'm guessing coil packs, but its smooth and where do I get the info to test the coils, everything seems to be for the 7m ge/gte.
Any ideas would be great thanks.
