Default best aftermarket turbo

okay so here is the story im taking one of my street supra off the road to build a 1/4 mile car. The motor is a 7mgte that is getting a face lift with .04 over JE pistons Brian Crower springs valves, retainers, Cams. Im looking for advice on a good upgrade for the ct-26 turbo, I want to make as much power as possible without going to a 2j motor.

You'll need 700whp to get low to mid tens with an excellent driver. I don't think a t-66 is enough.

I was wondering about this too, although my 7mGTE is a stock motor (approx 10,000 miles on the rebuild, stock turbo rebuilt at the same time) and has a stock headgasket (non-metallic). Wondered what would be the max turbo size I could go safely without worrying about the HG. (I am only looking at getting my car into the 350-450 HP max range really)

if you want to get good hp and still be streetable try to find a upgraded ct26 with a 67r trim.
