Search Through 300 Pages and still nothing!! need help :(

k i have an 88 supra auto with the 7mgte motor. it a roll over so i wanna take the engine out of it and put it in my 86.5 supra which is non turbo 7m-ge motor and is 5spd BUT the engine harness and dash harnesses are completely different cuz i wanna get rid of the auto. and use 5spd is there 2 seperate engine harnesses? 1 for turbo w/auto and 1 for turbo w/manual?. cuz i know i need a different ECU cuz the 88 ecu is 7MGT A/T and the one outta the 86.5 is 7MG M/T. but is there a way i can use the nonturbo harness on the turbo engine? Thanks and help would be friggin awesome here! this probably doesnt make sense haha
