You cant just look at a turbo and say ya that one will work great. Do your research and find out what AR and trims different people are using. Also do you have an auto tranny or a 5 speed? That will have a big effect on turbo sizing, as well as what kind or driving you are going to do. Are you using your car as a daily drive, drag, drift or road racing. All these things are very important when sizing a turbo for your car and particular use. Take your time and talk to some experts. Larry at Sound Performance had one of the fastest MKIIIs around, he will be able to help you with this. Good luck and happy boosting.

that turbo needs a seperate wastegate, and won't bolt up to the stock manifold. There are people all over eBay selling headers that will hook retrofit. There are also full kits with intercooler, turbo, header, wastegate, ect for cheap. They push more boost, but I don't know any more than that...
