All you really need is a hose clamp. Unbolt the stock air box and remove it. Then insert the new filter into the stock pipng. Then put a hose clamp around the intake piping to keep the filter from going anywhere.

Is it a cone filter? If so, you'll need to unbolt the stock air box from the mass air flow sensor. Buy a MAF Sensor adapter (eBay, or your local auto parts store. You may need to drill new holes). Install the air flow sensor adapter on the MAF, slide a hose clamp around the base of your filter, and pop the filter on the adapter. Tighten it down, and you should be good to go.

For stability reasons, it'll be a good idea to leave the one bolt and bushing that bolts the MAF sensor to the inner fender, that way your filter won't slide into any of your belts or anything.
