Looking For an Estimate

So right now I'm looking at possibly swapping a 2.5L 1jzgte into my Supra
I'm just wondering how much it will cost roughly
And while I'm at it I may as well list other upgrades I see in the future for some estimates on them too.

- used/new? 2.5L 1jzgte
- manual transmission
- cold air intake
- LSD
- power steering. lol

Also, just wondering, what exactly does a BOV do? Is it just for the sound or does it actually benefit your engine and how much do they go for?
I know it's alot of questions in one thread. lol
