Angry mbc problems

hi i have a 87 supra. im new to the turbo set. so heres my question. i put a mbc on it, and no matter what i do i cannt change the boost. ive tried eveything i can think of. please any info will help. im sure there is no leaks or anything like that.

Well, how'd you install it? controller between the wastegate and compressor side of the turbo properly?

1jz-gte swap (Currently spun #3 rod bearings), Apexi high flow filter, Greddy thrust 3" downpipe, N1 3" catback with cat delete tube, 1 peice driveshaft, Bar and Plate intercooler, and 440 JDM 2jz injectors.

Possible 2jz lower block swap in the works if I can't rebuild the 1j. So troublesome.

thanks for reaplying. but ya it installed just a few different peps say on the forum too. ive tried every way but the right way. i know the controller works. i can blow air into as i turn and it works. i dont know dude fustrates me.

i cannt send a pic not to sure how to anyways. im just going to play with it alittle bit more. if i cannt figure it out, ill just take it out. no biggy. i just shimmed it anyways so well see if that will aleast get me to 11 psi anyway thanks though i apprate it.
