Default wideband or norm what is better

i have a couple a ? one is why is it better to get a wideband air/fuel too a normal one and how do i find out what tranny i have?

Well, what was your supra originally? the 7MGE came with the W58 manual trans, and the 7MGTE used the bigger R-154 manual trans, unless your auto, then it's the same for both. The W58 uses a push type clutch assembly, while the internals are comparible with those out of a corrola, while the R-series trans uses a pull type clutch, and is more of a truck trans and can take more power and is quite a bit bigger than the w-series.

1jz-gte swap (Currently spun #3 rod bearings), Apexi high flow filter, Greddy thrust 3" downpipe, N1 3" catback with cat delete tube, 1 peice driveshaft, Bar and Plate intercooler, and 440 JDM 2jz injectors.

Possible 2jz lower block swap in the works if I can't rebuild the 1j. So troublesome.

hehe, yeah, that has the better trans. you should check and make sure you have a limited slip rear diff. It'll have a sticker that says "LSD" on it right next to the fill plug.
