Default Fuel Line?

http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_U_198...PVFA_2211.html

on that link it shows 23809 like a U shaped fuel line support thingy. I know where the top goes, but where does the other lead to?

It goes to the fuel tank return hardline. 77277a is the hose which joins that to the hardline:

There is a supply and a return which both come out at the same junction, make sure you connect to the right one. They both exit near the rear mount of the lower A arm... kind of hard to spot as they sit above the level of the subframe.
