89 7mgte swap
So i shelled out 1400 for a 89 supra with a 7mgte swap with the following parts. Also was told the long block had only 5,000 miles on it. It wasnt running when i got it. It ended up being 2 coil packs were dead and the cold starter injector fuel line was split. I put 2 coil packs off my buddies supra on their fired right up on first crank the gauges in the cluster work besides the boost and oil pressure.

Well, $1,400 is actually quite cheap, IMO. I'm wondering what else is wrong... Personal experience is that bargains like that usually come with a hefty pricetag, but perhaps you're one of those lucky SOBs who got a wicked deal... if so, ihateyou ihateyou ihateyou ihateyou ihateyou.
Now... where's them PICS??? |
