I just recently called toyota and found out that the super monitor was not an available option for the canadian model supras.
I was wondering if anyone knows if a Canadian Supra 88 has the wiring still in it so that it is still a plug and play upgrade? |

I wouldn't be surprised if it had the connectors for it or if it didn't. My USDM '88 doesn't have the connectors. They did make harnesses for it and harnesses with it excluded. Unless the car came with it it's one of those things you just have to physically look for, even here where it was offered. The plug is located by the steering column; sometimes it is freely hanging and other times it is well hidden and wrapped/taped up with the rest of the harness only given away by the large bulge.
