Wow... so you literally threw a rod out the side of the block? That's terrible. Do you have a garage? If you've got a place and the money it may (already) be time to do a GTE swap.
 See... good out of bad.  I'm really bummed for ya though. That sucks big time. I'd like more details on what happened, but you won't really know until you get the engine out and apart... if you're planning on even going to the trouble.
