I expect that while the top end is about the same it would be quicker than the 7M-GE. Have you driven a N/A MA70? How's it compare?

this is the only Supra I have driven
I would love to be able to compare it though I am actually very inexperienced as I'm only getting my license on Wednesday (as long as everything goes well) can't wait for summer so that I can take the Supra back out |

Straight swap, just swap in one from another Supra and you're good.

No. Toyota has only ever used two ratios for their mechanical speedometers (I'm pretty sure it was only two... might have only been one) and the MKIII is the same across the board.
