Assuming yours is a left-hand drive, Toyota part numbers listed not diagram numbers. Just in case you need them..

87245-1b251 is the one i replaced

16282-42010 is often referenced as the dreaded 90 degree hose.

I can't help but ask, are you a hand model... what with the slightly greasy fingers, its almost amazing... lol nah im good ^^

Yeah I have this diagram printed up and plan to replace all of those ;;
Never really delved into the back of the engine so I'm not yet familiar with the dreader 90 degree hose, soon will be though...

I've been working on my car for the past week!.. check ma and pa kettle change their brakes!

as for the hose. its a pain and a tight fit
