do I need to rewire both of the KS or just one? Also if it is both do I have to run 2 wires to the ecu meaning make 2 rewires seperatley on 2 on 1 wire and run 1 wire back to the ecu.

As long as you're doing one you might as well do both. And I wouldn't tie them together, but that's just me.

Think so, but make sure you've got a good ground for it. You using coax?

Rewire both.
Yes, you may run the grounds from each to the same place.

This is what you need to do: http://www.supras.com/06/techcenter/display.php?QID=69
A separate coax wire for each sensor. The shielding may be grounded at the same location; Although, I would ground the shielding by the sensors to the nearest intake manifold stud.
