Default 87 supra wont start

Got a new battery and checked the starter, but it doesnt even turn over or spark. No clue whats up and any ideas would be great

make sure all the connections are good, replaced a starter on my moms subaru just to find out a terminal was a little loose and not the starter

ya ive done that already, but some of the fuses are messed up but im pretty sure its not a fuse

there has been tons of posts on this topic here on supraforums just type in No start or No spark and you will get tons of hits. go through the procedures that others have tried then get back to us =)

Naa I wasn't working on it when it started and the bulb is fine. And I thought it was the starter at first too cus it would click but not turn over or spark or anything. So I took it out and also tested the battery and replaced the battery and with the new battery it won't click or make a sound, also the sterio won't work or any of the interior electronics.

The alarm has never worked too

Check the fusible links. There's a 100A ALT FL in the fuse box that's a likely culprit... probably looks like a loop of wire in your car.

ya, the guy that had it before me replaced the ALT fuse with wire so im thinking theres a short somewhere too, but thanks i was trying to figure out the amps for the fuse so i could buy a new one, do you know what the amperage for the ABS fuse is by any chance?
