ran into an old supra owner and got a free exhaust!!!
I was at a friends house when a guy walked up to me and told me he use to have a supra it was n N/A but had it since it came out. He told me he got it up to 300 horses and loved the heck out of it. Then the sad part came when he told me they stole it not to long ago and to this day is bummed. He had all kinds of parts and gave me 3" down pipe brand new and muffler. I was thankful. Its amazing how a car can bring ppl together and times like these make me happy to have a supra. I also have a quick ? about the exhaust should i run 3" straight from my turbo back I have a stock supra with an inter cooler. Thanks for every thing guys

Sorry but I don’t think a N/A down pipe will fit a turbo model, probably the only part of the exhaust system that is different.

Free parts ROCK!!!!
But... [QUOTE=jcastro;80993]it was n N/A...[/qoute] Only if he meant he drove up a hill to a VERY large ranch for the weekend. Bill's right here too... they're not compatible... so the guy was utterly clueless in which case he really didn't know the difference between 160HP at the wheels vs 300HP and the wheels... the difference is pretty noticeable. Anyway, congrats on the new parts. If the car is in good shape you can run the exhaust without upgrading the inlet side yet. You should see quicker spool, but no difference in peak power as the intake's not letting any more air in than before.
