92 7mge idle issues
hi, my supra N/A has issues when idling, sometimes it will idle at 1500rpms and sometimes it will struggle to idle at all.. any ideas? the car runs fine while driving

might be a vacuum leak. do a search for the symptoms your having and see what that turns up.
check for codes first.

 gonna hopefully run codes on it soon, gotta find time for that though I just dont want it to be the Idle air control valve... those things get pricey

the ISC(idle control) is easy to check
it should make a few clicks right after shuting the engine down at least thats what the toyota manual says |

tStart with checking for error codes (see the FAQS), then check the TPS calibration and then the ISCV. That's the order I'd approach it in.
