EGR Valve specs
I bought an EGR forgetting that theres two different specs. Unfortuantely for me i bought a cali spec valve and my supra is a non cali spec. My question is are there any differences, internal wise? I know that the cali spec valve has an extra hole that i covered up with a screw and some silicone on the rim. Im just concerned about the internal structure and what effect it will have on my vacuum.

the only difference I've ever seen is n/a vs. gte. gte has only one reference port, ge has two... and it does matter else which is run where. you can make the ge one work on the ge but not the other way around.... I don't think you want to block it though

When i blocked the remaining port, it idled perfectly and doesnt shut off...i still her a hissing sound, almost like an air leak, but the car idles like it doesnt have an leak.
