This belongs in the MKIII section and definitely not an any of the FAQ sections. I'll move it for you.

Yes, the 7M-GE and 7M-GTE cranks are the same. It's quite uncommon for our cranks to wear to the point you're describing though. Have you taken everything apart and inspected everything? If you're just looking at the pulley, well, it might just be the pulley.

I didn't open the engine but yes the crankshaft pulley is "twisted" and when I start the engine the hole car start to shake .the guy that sold me the car didnt watch her a bit and probably hit it somehow...Can just a pulley be a problem and just to replace her?

Is the crank-pulley an OEM unit, or one of the aftermarket ones? Most of the lightweight aftermarket ones you see advertised on Ebay and elsewhere don't really dampen the vibrations you get with our fairly-long cranks. Not only can that cause the engine to shake, it can and will put some serious wear on your crank bearing.

You might want to look into getting a good stock pulley/harmonic balancer if yours is shot or a crappy aftermarket unit.

First sorry for took me soo long to reply,I want to fix this as fast but this is Serbia...:dunno:So back to topic-its not aftermarket pulley and she is wobbling and those it means the problem is in pulley or harmonic balancer and if u can direct me to something or send me a picture of that.

It's not important. Just one of those 1J/2J converts volunteering their opinion on the 7M series engines.

Anyway, the pulley on the crankshaft is the harmonic balancer. If it's wobbling that badly it could be a few different things. The balancer itself could be shot or out of balance (yeah, I know, ironic), the key/keyway on the crankshaft could be messed up. In any event I'd say that you're going to end up having to pull that pulley off and checking to see why it's got so much wobble.

Here's a link with a diagram of what's what along with the part numbers.
