swapping clusters make my tach work again
well upon doing my friends headgasket, i saw it was for a turbo 5 speed, and his car is auto na, and i had just swapped a turbo 5 speed into my car, and the current cluster is for a non turbo auto. i was wondering if i swapped them over if the tach would work again or is there anyting else involved other then just swapping them.

The only difference in the tachs are three or four resistors... I've posted a picture showing the specific differences here before. The tachs are not interchangeable, but by swapping the resistors or just swapping the tach you'll be fine.
