so my 7m has a bhg and when i turn the car on for about 10mins and set the heat to come out .I have no heat come out of the vents but do have the cold air when the a/c is on i am wondering if its my heater core or the hg

Most likely a heater core issue. is the car overheating ?

i found out it was the hg so thanks tho and i am puting a 1jz in her in july

Heater Valve
 

Manually open the heater Valve and you will find you get heat.

Yeah I guess so. I have so much cleaning to do here but I cant get motivated. I didn't notice the thread was so old.
