87 Supra brake problem
 

brakes won't release completley. Right front froze up in stop & go traffic. I insalled new pads,calipers & hoses on front. Still won't release. Napa states there is a restriction somewhere in system. 3 out of 4 wheels will not bleed. Any ideas!
