Default Oil Pressure?

Hi guys, I've had this ongoing problem with low oil pressure. I start up the car with 30ish, but when it warms up the gauge reads 0! I went out and bought a matco oil pressure tester. I have about 3-4 psi at idle (warm) Testing oil pressure is done at 3,000 rpm, which I have about 32psi. I should have 36-71. The car idles fine, no knocks but it kind of rattles around 2,500 rpm. I dont think it's a rod knock but I could be wrong. The car sounds just fine driving around town, you cant hear anything with the hood closed. What do you guys think?

just run some straight 30 or a 20-50 oil it should come up to about 5-7 at idle and be right where you want at 3000 but rule of thumb is 10psi for every 1000 rpm is good a little more or less is fine just not like 15psi at 3k eventually your gonna need some new bearings though its better to change them before they go bad this can be done without pulling the engine just drop the oil pan and you can get to all the rods and mains (mains are difficult in car sometimes cant be done)
