Just looking for a good setup to eliminate the factory filter, and housing, maybe the piping too if it is worth any gains.

All the intakes kits for the MKIII are basically the same. One doesnt make more power that the other. If you are turbo and mostly stock an intake kit wont do much in the way of power. The stock intake isn't that restrictive. My car only made 2-3 more whp with a K&N intake kit. Not really worth the cost in my opion.

Supposedly the Blitz filter is the best right now, best selling in japan, and best flowing...also the most expensive at around $200...
