Default 1jz swap need info

Well i have a early 87 supra na 5 speed and i want to do either the 1j or 2j swap. i wanted to know which is better. and which is easier, and wat all i would need to do either. any info will help thanks

Keep it 7M-GE! its also expensive to do a 1jz or 2jz swap form what i hear!
