n/a turbo options
whats up guys looking into doing a small custom turbo kit to run just a few psi of boost on my n/a i have basically everything just looking into electronics for it so basically has anyone else actually gone through with this besides cre? im thinking i could just run a gte afm and it would be correct enough to give my tuner decent info what do you think? im gonna run gte injectors and an apexi safc2
so basically is the gte afm the same as a ge afm just with a stiffer flap? or is it actually different i havent been able to compare the two and i dont want to spend the cash just to find out it wont work thanks guys to anyone that has some info on this

The GTE electronics are VERY different than the GE in all the major places. The AFM is nothing like the GE's and isn't remotely compatible.... it'd cost some decent money for the hardware to adapt it and in that case you might as well spend the money on a better meter than the GTE's KVAFM.

i can document and take pics of everything as i go along but my setup will be a bit different than anyone elses as im gonna be hiding my turbo and building all my own boost pipe and with a universal fit intercooler
thanks for the info on the afm i havent had a chance to see one on the gte yet so looks like im going maftpro hate to spend the cash since im going aem when i get my gte or 2j but still its gonna need to be done im tired of only having 2 speeds while drifting
