I have a muffler that I took off of someones car by request. I have held on to it for a little while now. It looks similar. I think i now have an application for it. My car is bone stock all original and the exhaust on it is like brand new... no kidding, Im leary about cutting on it. Do you think that it is a bad idea? By the way, that sounds excellent.

If the muffler is like new you have a chance of removing it without damaging the pipe to it. Spray it down with PB Blaster let is sit a couple of days, remove the clamps and see if you can work it free. If this gives you a good one that your not gonna use I could use that on my Black Supra, the exhaust is blown on that as well though a generic stock looking replacement that will fit is available from AutoZone for around $29.00. I suppose I should just get this for my Black Supra.

Personally it looks like a muffler for the stereotypical civic. But I guess for the money and it does sound better, its not that bad.
