Cam gears?
Hey just wondering what is a good decent adjustable pair of cam gears I can use on my motor?
I have done a little research and found some ranging from 200 - 400+ dollars. Are the Fidanza gears decent? AEM (a little pricey)? What do you think? |

i honestly like the design and look of the fidanza gears better they are 5 bolt design as the aem are 3 im running stock gears at 5 degree retarded (both) as one tooth is 5 degrees it knocked 3/10 off my et i was very surprised so im looking into getting them also

Well then I have heard some good things about the fidanza gears. I do believe I will go with them, and yea they do look very good!
So bryanf89 may I ask what you paid for the fidanza gears? and where you found them? |

i bought them months ago so my memory on how much i paid is vague, nevertheless, i know they cost more than $300 and i bought them on ebay.
i wanted to know what would happen if you advance one gear and retard the other? |

Ok cool,
I saw the fidanza adjustable cam gears on ebay for about 200.00 - 250.00 I guess it just depends. Thanks for the info though. I would'nt know about the advancing of a gear and the retard of the other. Maybe someone else would know. Sorry |
