PSP lines
 

Ok so can anyone tell me what PS line this is? I'm pretty sure it's the PS pressure line listed below but just wanted to confirm before spending $300 on this.

Also while on the subject how do you go about troubleshooting the power steering? As you can see my engine is out so I have pretty easy access to everything. When the car ran there was no power steering however there was plenty of fluid in the reservoir. How do you determine if it's the pump or if the rack and pinion is faulty?
