1987 MK III M7 GTE Oil Pump Seal replacement and other questions?

I could use some technical help on installing heli-coils in the head for exhaust studs. And what is the best exhaust manifold gasket. Also need the torque sequence and the amount for the manifold bolts.

Anyone know the correct procedure for removal and re-installation of the pump shaft seal?

An inexpensive source for preformed hoses and the accordion intake hose?
