Default Should the wastegate vacuum line look like this?

if so then i routed it wrong, can that be my problem to the turbo pressure dilemma?

fyi; that isnt my car

looks correct your wastegate runs off the fitting on the turbo itself not an engine vac

i put the fitting to the small nipple on the bottom of accordion hose

Then it's not ran properly. The accordion hose does not build up boost pressure, so there's nothing to open the wastegate with.
