Yeah, that's a bleed type. The more you loosen the screw the higher the boost. Generally, bleed types use a small ball valve to prevent vacuum leakage when the engine isn't boosting. look inside each nipple and see which one has the ball. The one WITHOUT the ball is what you run to the wastegate actuator, the other runs to the turbo's reference port. Simple enough.
