High speeds for 15min or longer, temp gets high

So I have a quick question, I hope.

When I do over 85mph for over 15 minutes, temp gauge starts to climb but doesn't reach red line, about two ticks away. If I just drive it under 85 mph, temp gauge stays at normal operating mark (about 1/3 on the OEM temp gauge). Coolant has been flushed and replaced, oil changed, filter changed. I'm not see any coolant leaks or losing any, as far as I can tell. I do have the flexlite electric fans instead of the OEM fan. So, I'm looking for any tips on where I should look or go to figure this out. Could it be the electric fans can't keep up with the higher speed to keep engine cool or is it somewhere else in the engine I need to check? Any help would be great here.
