Timing?
thanks to you guys i replaced the o-ring on the distributor, i put it back and my car wouldnt start, so i set it to the 1st cylinder, and now it start but it doesnt feel right, at idle the rpm needles moves alot , and when im around 2k rpm the car shakes.

You need to set BOTH mechanical timing and spark advance:
