sometimes dont start... help please?
 

well this just started happening. sometimes wen i drive it for a while or do some strong pulls on her wen i shut it off it wont start right away. its like it has to cool down. but my temp gauge is good. im leaning to a bad feel pump on its way to being done??? any suggestions?

change the fuel pump

Cold start injector switch problem maybe, could be thinking the car is cold and adding too much fuel.

The cold start injector only has power when the engine is cranking.

If it does not want to turn over (crank) check the ignition start switch.
run a wire from the starter solonoid thin wire, blue in color. turn on the ignition switch. touch the wire from the starter to the pos terminal of the batt. if engine cranks and starts, you have a bad ign switch.

I was thinking he meant it took a long time of cranking to start not that it would not crank. The starter signal wire is not very good so if it wont crank you may want to look into the starter rewire. You use a ford starter relay to supply power to the starter. Otherwise if it cranks for extended periods but wont start check into the cold start switch.
