Engine Wire harness FUN!

So I have my 88 supra turbo Auto, but the Engine Wire Harness is half done. So I have another Harness! Only thing.. It's a 90 supra na Auto Harness. My questions are..

A - Can I swap it out like a bad girl friend?
B - Can I use parts from the 90 AUTO harness to repair my 88 AUTO harness?

Please don't hate me all. I searched the thread and google, but failed to find someone with a question more specific to my situation.

Ok, so I found this..

In there.. Under engine, it speaks to the wire harness and claims that you can us an 87 or 88 wire harness and that the drive train don't matter.. It doesn't speak toward the turbo vs na.. HELP!!
