maybe it is the fact that it's an auto then that means I'm not noticing the rich spot caused by dumping boost.
At the end of the day I'm not too worried if it does go rich for a split second, after all it's only when the BOV is active (not half as much as it is on a manual), the rest of the time the motor's getting 100% of any air it meters. A second BOV wouldn't affect over-run mixture any more than a single one would since all the boost is already getting vented to ATM, it would just be vented marginally quicker if a second was installed. I think this has kinda gone off on a tangent since I already have the one installed & wasn't enquiring about any issues with that, simply whether there's any real benefit to installing a second BOV at only 10psi or if it would simply result in a different sound (which is all I'm after really)... Anyway I think most of my cash is gonna go the 2-wheeled route now, I'm that much of a glutton for punishment!

well be careful. I known people to put their bike away and never take it back out after a close call.

Dual BOV's should have independent vac sources. Running the second with a tighter spring so that is opens a little later and only when there's a stronger signal can also be desirable. I'll speculate and add that you may notice more of a richness at shifts after this with the auto. The point about auto's is a good one which I hadn't previously considered... thanks for bringing it up.
