i like the weight
personally i can drift these cars fine stock but it does require alot of speed and your tires will turn to slicks fast... if you want ideas try searching the forum your not the first person to ask these questions. there is alot!!! of build threads in this vary forum...

Mk3 is the ish~! Forget about lighter cars.. As a matter of fact, NEVER think of another car! If anything, lighten your supra.! Unless you don't want a hollow body with no fun toys inside (AC and such). I think more power to help you through with drifting, better tires and bigger rims! Struts! Shocks! ?COIL OVERS? Sway Bars!

the fact that the mk3 is a grand touring car and not a drifter.. dosnt mean its not capable. just saying there are better ones out there than the mk3.. the mkIV for instance.. much better.

the weight of the car doesnt mean a thing as long as you know how to drive.

You will need more steering lock, so get some steering rack spacers. A LSD and coilovers will also greatly help, along with sway bars ans more power.
